Processing

This is an essential role in our operations! Our processing team is responsible for sorting and organizing the donations we receive, and help to make sure our racks and shelves are full of the best items we receive. In addition to sorting, more experienced processors will be responsible for pricing the items in our store.

Sales Floor Associate

This position is one of the most important when it comes to providing customers with a great shopping experience, and a positive attitude is crucial. Sales Floor Associates are responsible for restocking their designated department of the store. This includes keeping the racks and shelves tidy, removing any trash or broken items, and greeting customers along the way.

Cashier

Similar to the Sales Floor Associates, a positive and polite attitude is essential to be a successful Cashier. Cashiers are responsible for quickly and accurately entering all of a customer’s items into the register, and carefully bagging them. It is very important for cashiers to be observant, diligent, and able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

driver (boston location only)

Our drivers are a team of responsible, focused, and safe people who enjoy a very active work day. Drivers are responsible for following a specific route to pick up customer donations in a timely manner. Drivers will be lifting heavy boxes and items from time to time, and may interact with donors throughout their day.
