We have received a number of donations-related questions lately and are so grateful for your generosity! To help ease the process and avoid confusion, we are posting some of the most commonly asked questions below for you to review.
I have donations, will you come get them? Yes! We are thrilled that you have chosen to donate your gently used clothing and household items to us, and will gladly take them off your hands. You can schedule a pick up by going to www.scheduleapickup.com or calling (800) 775-VETS (8387).
What can I donate? For the most part, anything you have in your home that is in working condition that you no longer need or use. A good rule of thumb for questionable items is to ask yourself if you’ve seen one for sale in our store before. Some items we cannot take are televisions, larger furniture items (requires more than one person to lift), and food.
